This Orphan Annie keywound alarm clock was licensed by Columbia Pictures in 1981. The dial has the classic Annie and Sandy graphic in bright red, orange and pink. The clock is the basic plastic Westclox Keno model with a 36-hour movement. The box has bright red and white stripes. The box shows a little crush damage and there is a tear in the plastic shrink wrap. The clock is approximately 4-1/4" tall; the package about 6" tall. The back of a similar model Keno is shown for comparison but is not included in the purchase. This clock was made in the Georgia plant after the LaSalle plant was closed, but before General Time did a buyback from Talley Industries. A nice, bright uncommon collectable.
This is a vintage New Old Stock collectible clock that has been sealed in the original packaging for 20 to 30+ years. It is unused and untested. If intended for use it will probably need oil and service, but please keep in mind that part of the value is the original packaging and unused condition.
