This has the classic 70s Smiley Face graphic in bright yellow and contrasting black on the dial. The clean white plastic case is the Bingo model, produced from 1962 to 1979. The Smiley graphic dates from the 1970s. I keep one of these in my personal collection and use it as my Etsy avatar.
The dial is clean and sharp with black hands and a brass alarm hand. The white case is bright and shiny with no chips, cracks or noticeable scratches. The plastic lens cover is clear and shiny with very fine light scratching. Time and the bell type alarm are functioning correctly and the clean movement has a strong steady tick. These steel movements, also used in Baby Bens, Ballmatics, Naps and other clocks of the same time period always have rust on the bell and sometimes on the movement. This one has been cleaned.
This clock has a face about 3-1/2" in diameter and stands about 4" high.

I fell in love with this clock as soon as I saw it. I have never had an antique clock, so the description that came with the clock was very helpful. The note included the dates of production, materials used, noted minor defects (unnoticeable to my untrained eye) and how to operate and maintain the clock. It looks lovely in my room and brings me joy every time I see it!
